Objective: I have overall over 3 years experience in the banking industry such as in the field of credit department in which I approved the unsecured financing cases of corporate clients and the banking staff and now currently rendering my services in the EFU life assurance in which I am working as a RM Executive Officer in a Banca department such as looking the banca conventional and takaful policies of the clients.

Executive Officer Oct 25-Present EFU Life Assurance •Act as Relationship Manager (Operations UPID) support for bancassurance partner banks. •Handle and resolve the policy holder bancassurance queries in line with Takaful and Conventional policies. •Manage policy holder requests related to policy surrender, partial surrender, reinstatement, and cash value confirmation. •Review and process cases using the TLAS, ILAS, and FileNet systems. •Coordinate with the banks, underwriters, and internal departments to ensure timely policy issuance and resolution. •Maintain and update MIS for bancassurance customer and policy data.
